Since it started its activities in Bangladesh in 2002 with a first hospital ship, Friendship has attracted many photographers from around the world who have documented its work and the environment it operates in. The excellence of the work of the photographers who have accepted to concur to this exhibition can be seen as a reflection of the excellence towards which the organisation strives in its work and its commitment to the fundamental values of dignity, self-respect, compassion and solidarity.

The entire proceeds of all sales from the exhibition is for the benefit of Friendship.
